The People's Committee of Phu Yen province calls for local and foreign investment for VUNG RO BAY - HON NUA LUXURY RESORT.
 
Location: Hoa Xuan Nam commune, Dong Hoa town, Phu Yen province.
Project location: The project is in accordance with the General Planning for construction of Southern Phu Yen Economic Zone until 2040 (Decision No.1226/QD-TTg dated October 24, 2023 of the Prime Minister).
Project objectives: Form a unique, luxury, modern and synchronous construction technical and environmental requirements according to national and international standards to serve domestic and foreign tourists with many different types, including luxury resorts.
Project scale: about 250 hectares.
Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
