The People's Committee of Quang Nam province calls for local and foreign investment for Projects to plant forests, grow rice, and raise livestock:
1/ Project 1: Organic rice production
- Location: Communes of Dien Phuoc, Dien Tho, Dien Hong, Dien Hoa, Dien Ban district, Quang Nam Province.
- Project objectives: Create clean, organic rice products to ensure food hygiene and safety to serve consumer needs inside and outside the province.
- Project scale: 400 ha.
Current land use status: Rice land.
Compliance with relevant plans: According to the adjustment file of the General Construction Planning (scale 1/5,000) of Dien Phuoc, Dien Tho, and Dien Hong communes for the period up to 2030 and 2045.
- Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
2/ Project 2: HIGH-TECH AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION (EXCEPT LIVESTOCK) in Hiep Duc district
- Location: Hiep Hoa commune, Hiep Duc district, Quang Nam Province.
- Project objectives: Applying high technology in the production of agricultural products to improve productivity to create quality, biosafe products on a large scale to supply to domestic and foreign markets.
- Project scale: 100 ha.
Current land use status: Production forest land, rice growing land, not yet cleared.
Compliance with relevant plans: in accordance with local planning.
- Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
3/ Project 3: HIGH TECHNOLOGY BEEF FARM AREA IN QUE LAM COMMUNE
- Location: Que Lam commune, Nong Son district, Quang Nam Province.
- Project objectives: raising and processing high quality beef.
- Project scale: 50 ha.
Current land use status: Agricultural land.
Compliance with relevant plans: in accordance with local planning.
- Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
