1/ Tan Son urban area
Land area: 47 ha
Rough Estimated total investment: vnd 396 bn
 
2/ Residential area number 1, Bach Quang ward, Song Cong city
Land area: 8.9068 ha
Rough Estimated total investment: vnd 360 bn
 
3/ Urban areas on both sides of the Song Cong - Nui Coc tourist route
Land area: 45.39 ha
Rough Estimated total investment: vnd 1,504 bn

The projects listed here are projects that have been included in the master plan approved by the government.
