Location: Long Thanh Trung ward and Hiep Tan ward, Hoa Thanh Town, Tay Ninh Province. 
Project objectives: Invest in building new urban areas with commercial housing, social housing, and synchronous commercial services.
Project scale: 73 ha.
Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
