The People's Committee of Ca Mau province calls for local and foreign investment for Nam Can Eco-tourism Service Urban Area:
 
Location: Nam Can Economic Zone, Hamlet 5, Nam Can Town, Nam Can District, Ca Mau province.
Project objectives: Developing the Nam Can Economic Zone's sustainable urban service - eco-tourism area, preserving the landscape and protecting the environment.
Land size: 169.31 ha.
Land status: There are about 27 hectares of state-managed land, the rest of the land has not been cleared.
Investor selection procedure: Investors prepare investment registration documents and submit them to provincial authorities for review and approval.
