The People's Committee of Quang Nam province calls for local and foreign investment for Mixed urban area along Dao River:
 
  • Location: Nam Phuoc town, Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam Province. 
  • Project objectives: Create landscape and space for Nam Phuoc urban area, contributing to building Nam Phuoc town into a class IV urban area according to the proposed plan; renovate and clear water flows to solve urban flooding and provide irrigation water for agricultural areas; exploit the tourism potential of river landscapes.
  • Project scale: 120 ha.
  • Current land use status: Residential land, water surface land and other types of land.
  • Compliance with relevant plans: In accordance with district planning; Master plan for district socio-economic development; Nam Phuoc urban development program.
  • Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
