- Belongs to Kien Tuong town, Binh Hiep commune, Binh Tan commune, hamlet 1 belongs to Thanh Tri commune, hamlets Binh Tay 1 and Binh Tay 2 belong to Hoa Binh Tay commune (Moc Hoa district), Binh Chau hamlet and Rach May hamlet belong to Tuyen Binh commune, Thai Binh Trung commune, hamlet 1 and hamlet 2 in Vinh Binh commune (Vinh Hung district).
- Located in the border area with Cambodia, is the western international gateway of Long An province, located on Highway 62, connecting to the center of Dong Thap Muoi region. This is an important economic corridor located in the west of Long An province. Area Long An border gate economy is one of the important trade hubs in the Dong Thap Muoi region associated with the trans-Asia transportation system.
- Is the gateway connecting Cambodia's economic zones with Ho Chi Minh City, the Mekong Delta region and the southern key economic region.

  • Project status: There has been a approved master plan to build Long An Border Gate Economic Zone until 2030 according to Decision 15/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister
 
  • Incentives: investing in this project will receive great incentives on VAT (0%), corporate income tax (10%), and incentives on personal income tax, land rent, land use fee, special consumption tax, etc.
