  • Master plan: In accordance with the development orientation according to Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW dated January 28, 2022 of the Politburo. Currently completing planning and proposing investment policies.
  • Project scale: As proposed by Investors.
  • Form of investor selection: Select investors according to the provisions of the Investment Law.
