2/ Project 2: Commercial and Public Service Project in ward 4, Tay Ninh City
Location: Ward 4, Tay Ninh City, Tay Ninh Province. 
Project objectives: Investment in development of public commercial and service center.
Project scale: 1.07 ha.
Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
