  • Development purpose: Invest in building commercial, tourist and entertainment centers according to planning.
 
4/ Site 4: water park land at Con Cai Khe
  • Location: Plot number 107, map sheet number 2, Cai Khe ward, Ninh Kieu district
  • Land size: 46,165.6 m2
  • Development purpose: Invest in building commercial, tourist and entertainment centers according to planning.
