The People's Committee of Phu Yen province calls for local and foreign investment for DEVELOPMENT of BIEN HO – DA BIA TOURIST AREA.
 
Location: Hoa Xuan Nam commune, Dong Hoa town, Phu Yen province.
Project location: according approved master plan.
Project objectives: Build an urban and cultural tourism area, an eco-resort with attractive natural landscapes combined with amusement park, lakeside tourism services and attractive cultural tourism, a modern 18-hole golf course with synchronous infrastructure andservices towards sustainable development and environmental protection. Meet the demand of relaxation and cultural tourism of domestic and foreign tourists.
Project scale: about 338.4 hectares.
Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
